Life is a beautiful story filled with so many chapters. Sometimes we are a little reluctant to continue reading and let the next story begin…my baby has started a new chapter in her story, preschool. She is growing up and it has been so hard for me to let go a little. She has become so much more independent, no longer needing mommy to do everything. Although it makes my heart ache, I am so happy for her. She is experiencing a new world, making friends, thriving, and she is happy. I’m so proud of her…my baby, my daughter, my artist, my inspiration, my best friend…I love you to the moon and back.
If I could, I would freeze time. Unfortunately, I can’t. I must turn the page and let the next story begin…

So, I’ve been away from my computer for a while now. It was a much needed vacation, I enjoyed all the extra time with my kids and hubby. I never realized how much I was actually on the computer until I decided to stay away. I was feeling a little stressed out there for a minute, it seemed as if there just weren’t enough hours in the day for me to get everything done. So, I took a break, found balance and I am happy to be back and blogging. Being a mommy is definitely tough but so very rewarding. God has truly blessed me, not only do I get to be at home with my kids, never missing a beat, but I am pursing my dreams with photography. Sometimes I have to pinch myself and make sure I’m not dreaming. When I’m done pinching myself I remember to also thank my wonderful husband for providing such a wonderful life for us.

Remember those summer days as a kid when you would drink from the water hose? run in the sprinklers? ride your bike with your hair blowing in the wind, with your hands in the air screaming “look! no hands!”. Oh how I miss those days. Today my daughter took me down memory lane. We had the best time playing in the sprinklers and making homemade strawberry lemonade. She loved every moment of it, I loved every moment with her. I could spend all day listening to her giggle. Being a mother has to be one of Gods greatest gifts.
When the weather starts to warm up all those good childhood memories start to flow through my mind. How fun it was to be young! Why was I always wishing to grow up? Birthdays felt like they went by too fast and took way too long to return. Today, I feel like birthdays return too soon! I’ll be 30 this year, yes the big 3-oooh. *sigh* To be a kid again. Maybe I’ll wish to be 5 again when I blow out my birthday candles this year…

Finally! I am so excited to say that my new website and blog are finally up. It took me a while but, I did it! It feels so good to be blogging again. So, now that you know where to find me don’t forget to bookmark me. I look forward to hearing from all of you! Make sure you check back often to see what current specials or promotions I am offering. You can also stop by just to see what is going on in my world. See you soon! Time for me to do the “happy” dance!
